Buttoned Up
A downloadable game for Windows
Buttoned Up is a party game about answering questions with soundboards.
This game was created during a week long game jam.
How to play:
#1 Select your gamemode (1-10, 1-100, PICTURE GRID) and make sure that your microphone is working.
#2 Each player in turn records audios based on prompts that show up on the screen
#3 One player becomes the soundboard. That player sees a number or a picture.
#4 The other players can now answer questions to get hints of that number/picture. The soundboard can ONLY answer using the 4 buttons (or arrow keys)
This game is a lot more fun when the guessers ask subjective questions. E.g. "How would you feel after having this many shots of vodka?" is a good question and "Is this the number of fingers you have on one hand?" is a bad question.
#5 Whenever one of the guessers is ready to guess, they just say "I am ready to guess" at which point, the questioning stops and each player submits a guess. The guessers get points based on proximity to the answer and the soundboard player gets points based on how many guessers were within a certain range of the answer.
